The direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend returning your item using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of postage and tracking information until the return process has been completed.

Returns from countries outside the European Union must be sent as a tracked and insured package.

Multiple orders may be returned in a single package, provided that the applicable return periods for each order are observed.

Once your return has been approved and processed, you will receive a refund confirmation by email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing typically takes up to 10 business days after the returned item has been received.

Please ensure that returned items are sent with their original labels attached, securely packaged, and in their original condition. We only accept unworn and unused items. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

For items with minor signs of use, such as makeup stains, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to €15, depending on the condition of the item.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our return policy.
