Every item is made to order, which means production begins once your order is placed. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after production. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Unlike mass-produced products, each item is created on demand. This allows us to avoid unnecessary inventory and produce only what's needed.

Shipping is handled through our fulfillment partners and local delivery carriers. The carrier may vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

We're currently offering free shipping on all orders for a limited time while we launch and fine-tune our collection. Shipping costs may be introduced in the future, but for now, delivery is on us.

The direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend returning your item using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of postage and tracking information until the return process has been completed. Returns from countries outside the EU must be sent as a tracked and insured package.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at overthinkthelabel@gmail.com. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Please do not send items back to the sender address shown on the package, as returns are processed separately.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your return has been received, processing typically takes up to 10 business days.
